Anna Mihejeva - Doctors told me I had to live with it. Not anymore!

Despite being unable to communicate with you personally, I want to thank you. I have not felt better for years. My skin is clearing up, there are no rough patches left, I do not itch at night. The detoxification process was terrible just as you described, but I was patient. And it was worth it. I can feel that the healing process is not over yet, but the flare ups are weaker every time and the area covered is smaller and smaller. And it's only been a month!

I love being on this diet based on body's natural cycles. I do not have cravings for any "forbidden" foods, have more energy (even though the fatigue was immense during the detox), my depressive moods are gone and the immune system is so much stronger (I used to get tonsillitis 1-2 times a month). And overall it feels great to treat my body to what it actually needs - it now feels natural and I don't think I will stop doing this.

I followed your instructions and am very happy with the results. By the way, I am a 21 year old girl who hasn't had completely clear skin since 13. I was told by doctors that there was nothing I could do and I just had to live with it. Well, not anymore! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
