I want you to know how much of an impact you had on me during my journey to wellness and reaching wholeness. Following your protocols, reading your very insightful newsletters, and adopting your suggested wholefood diet, has improved my health exponentially. My skin is much more vibrant and the pain of movement is completely gone. I came from a really dark time of suffering from an autoimmune condition that no doctor could help me alleviate. I literally felt like my soul was imprisoned by my body and it could not express its true uniqueness within this reality. I remember not being able to physically step out of bed due to the inflammation of my skin around my legs and the increased swelling. It was unbearable.
I was sitting back reflecting on the entire experience and the thought that came to mind was the message behind a phoenix rising from the ashes of something that was destroyed. That concept is symbolic to how I rose from the pain I endured, thanks to your guidance, I want you to know that you are a major influencer in my transformation.
